How do I pay for my meal?

We are currently accepting payments via Venmo & Cash App/Credit & Debit Card/ Cash in person. Payments are due by 3:00pm Fridays.

What if I need to cancel my order?

We understand things happen and if you need to cancel your order and have already paid, you have up until our order cutoff time (Friday 3:00 pm) to get a full refund. If it is past the order time frame you will receive a partial refund OR can apply your payment to another week of meals. 

What if I can't pick up my meals?

Your designated pickup time at our office is from 6:00-7:00 PM every Sunday unless otherwise stated. If you are unable to pick up your food we ask you designate someone to come grab your meals for you. If for any reason your unable to get your meals after ordering your meals will be forfeited for the week and no refund will be issued or a loss in a week for monthly plans. 

How are my meals cooked and prepped?

We cook and prep all your meals in our commercial kitchen. It has been certified by the health department and we as well have our food handling certifications.

How are my meals packaged?

Your meals are packaged in 24 oz. BPA-free plastic containers. They are microwave safe and great for portion control. Not to mention they are yours to keep & dishwasher safe!

How long do my meals last for?

The meals last for a total of 7 days refrigerated which is why we release a new menu every week! You also may freeze your meals for up to 30 days, but we suggest to consume them within the 7 days for a better taste experience.
